Just FYI, Brian will eat steak and bleu cheese until the cows come home! Although, they will never come home if we are serving steak, and I think this is ok with Brian!
When we are lacking the drive to read cookbooks, this is often where we end up. Steak, asparagus and sometimes that is it - on this day though, roasted sweet potatoes joined the mix! Since we don't have a "sweet new grill" we just seared this steak in a pan. We started the potatoes early and watched a little bit of a movie, then took our lazy bodies back to the kitchen to finish up this delicious dinner.
