4 day weekend...

As I sit here, listening to "Black Ops" - the newest edition to the video game collection, laundry is in the washer and almost done, dishes are mostly done and I am thinking I should be baking something. The problem lies within the refrigerator. We enjoyed brunch at the Dodge's today and we have leftovers.

English muffin casserole, with cheese, eggs, and canadian bacon. (It was tasty and pretty!) Home fries with onions, fresh-out-of-the-oven Maine blueberry muffins, coffee and spicy bloody Mary's. How can I go in the kitchen and make something else when I have all of these amazingly delicious items in the refrigerator? Just a zap in the microwave away!

I can't! I won't! Maybe tomorrow!
